# replace RS=oldtheme RS=newtheme — /var/cpanel/users/*

This will change all the cpanel users theme, if you need to change only one account,

# cd /var/cpanel/users/
# nano user_account

and use above replace command # replace RS=oldtheme RS=newtheme — /var/cpanel/users/*
